In this episode of DTLT Today, Jim Groom sits down with UMW English professor James Harding to talk about the Freshman Seminar he teaches titled “Stages and Contexts of 9/11: Dramatic Literature and Contemporary History.” Given the 10 year anniversary of this historic event, professor Harding discusses the attempts to define terrorism after 9/11, the ways in which artists have attempted to deal with this event, as well as considering the contexts of terrorism in a globalized world.
